Yesterday I had Karina (one of your electricians) come to my house to install a Power Point. It ended up being quite a big job as I did not have a “safety switch” on my power board – I have now.
I would like to pass on my thanks to Karina for being so helpful and friendly. The job was done very professionally and she even explained things to me at the end. I would highly recommend her to any future customers you may have.
She is a credit to your company and with people like her working for you your business is in good hands for many years to come.

At approx 1810 tonight (Wednesday, 4 December) I called the 1300 number and from that point have had fantastic customer service. The woman I first spoke to was lovely - polite, friendly and very helpful (I'm sorry I can't remember her name!). Chris, the electrician, rang within 10 minutes of me getting off the phone. He was also very nice, polite, and super helpful, talking us through the problem we were having and helping us solve it meaning no one had to attend tonight. He even rang back later this evening just to check that everything was still ok - absolutely fantastic customer service and because of these people we will be highly recommending you and using your service again if needed.

Dear BMS Electrical, I am just writing to say how impressed we have been by your service and the two young men you sent to install some new power points and replace a sub-board. We were initially telephoned to arrange a convenient time and were very pleased that the repair people arrived exactly on time - not something that usually happens.
Coby and David are two extremely personable young men and were most pleasant to have them in the house. They worked quietly and efficiently and also tidied up as they went.They were not intrusive in any way and treated us with courtesy at all times. We would definitely recommend your service and these two young men to anyone else.
I write to thank you for the excellent service I received from two of your staff members last week. I live in Aldgate and last Friday 25th March I rang Daryl to get someone to fix a dimmer switch in our kitchen. The job was completed by Tom that afternoon. Both Daryl and Tom made every effort to see what else could be done whilst they were there, so the $95 fee for the first half hour of work would not be wasted. As it turns out, when Tom had completed fixing the dimmer switch (in about 10 mins), I was able to find some additional electrical work. Whist the extra work cost more because of the spare parts required, I did appreciate the effort by both guys to utilise the time available. I will certainly be using your company again.
I would like to thank you for your prompt service on Tuesday 29th June. After ringing at least 10 others i was getting pretty stressed out, as I'm pretty elderly, having been without power since 9am and the temperature was 8 degrees and feeling pretty cold. It was lovely to get such a nice polite and helpful young man in Tom. He was the first tradesman I've known who couldn't stop for a hot drink. Dear BMS Electrical, we are writing to let you know how pleased we are with the work performed at our home by Nathan, Lee and David. The house is built with Hebel and many problems arose during the installation of 15 double power points, two TV points (mostly on internal walls), two overhead fans with lights, a front sensor light, rewiring of two front lights and fixing two existing problems. All the men were extremely courteous and hardworking and Lee and David overcome many obstacles on the first day. Due to the difficulty and extent of the work, David worked a further 2.5 days and showed absolute persistence, determination and attention detail whilst maintaining a very pleasant and courteous manner. We also appreciated that the men were punctual and cleaned up at the end of work each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending you company to others.
From all the electrical services in the Yellow Pages, I chose BMS because the Ad mentioned the word trust and I have not been disappointed. From the first phone call to the arrival of the electrician it was a smooth and efficient experience. I wish to thank Nathan for his professionalism and efficiency and the work was done with gracious enthusiasm. He is a credit to BMS and I would have no doubt he is a highly regarded employee.
